There is no feeling of hierarchy in the office – very difficult to tell who is an account executive and whois an account director because everyone is so friendlyand helpful
B is for Business
Didn’t realise 3 Monkeys did so much work on corporate/personal finance clients, and so there isa slight misconception that it is generally a consumermedia relations focused company
C is for Culture
It has a very inclusive culture – everyone’s opinionscount and everyone gets to be involved be in newbusiness, which is really refreshing.
D is for Dynamics
I didn’t realise how cathartic the Thank Monkey It’sFriday session would be! It really does bring everyonetogether and makes everyone smile after hearingeach others highs and lows.
