Our team is now 50 strong, our turnover is close to £3.5million, which takes us miles up the PR league table. And we are being invited to make at least one pitch for new business every single week. Exciting and stimulating for all of us. But exhausting.
About you
The common quality and skill set amongst all our “monkeys” is as follows:

- Gregarious, excellent with words, both verbal and in written form
- Ideas person, quick witted and sometimes sheer bloody creative
- Intellectually able and confident enough to interact with just about anybody

Working environment
Our environment is informal and sort of free and easy. Mostly you can’t really identify our ADs from our AEs in our open plan offices. Lots of laughter and shouted questions. Open boxes of biscuits or chocs on the occasional desk. Bods coming and going, often rushing out “I’m late, I’m late.”. Ad hoc brainstorms, seven people strong to blurt out top-of-head, insane ideas.
But there’s an unspoken agreement. Take care of business. If you’re in trouble, enlist a mate. There’s always a mate – or two. Selling in a story? Everyone pitches in. That’s everybody. And stay close to clients. Phone and face. Phone and face.

Three of our AMs joined us as AEs less than a year ago. They’re seriously good and we love promoting from within. Makes us feel proud.
